AR Suites Jewels Royale

The morning staff lady at checkout was very good.

Evening staff reduced one point other wise it?s 10/10.

Good location, spacious room, great breakfast spread!

Rooms are clean and all the amenities are in place Rooms are modern rooms with all basic needs has been taken care. Which includes basic necessary items. View from the room is fantastic had a wonderful evening tea along with family.

Everything was perfect. Only thing is cafeteria area timing in the evening starts at 1900 hrs If that can start little early

Its cute place ,a lot of of shops next to the hotel

The room is not full clean,we had bugs in the shower and next to the sofa

Very comfortable, well laid out apartment, great air conditioning, great 24 hour restaurant on premises, excellent staff. Excellent to have an apartment for the price- awesome value.

Only the staff were sweet..rest everything about the hotel is outdated..it needs serious revamping

Nothing really...old.. needs revamping...gym is like 100 years old... Toilets r dirty.. in short very bad condition

Almost things were good, like Ambiance, Services, Food etc.

Services like car washing was mentioned but, it was not available at all.

Good rooms, neat and clean

Too expensive should re-look on rates

Value for money, Location, Excellent freshly cooked food and service

Can't think of any

Everything and the rooms a very spacious

The location was in an area where there is at the present moment a lot of traffic due to on going road constructions and buildings.

Everything was really nice and splendid. Stayed in the 1 BD Room Suite on the 10th floor which has a marvellous view as well. The room can only take a maximum of 3 persons, where the extra bed can be put in the large living room. So in this case since we were 4 persons, we had to book another 1 bedroom suite to accommodate the 4th person. Kids below 10 years will be free of charge and can sleep on the King Size bed in the bedroom. Their housekeeping staff BIPUL that takes care of the 10th Floor was very polite, awesome service, very helpful and assists all the time.

We had an issue with the air conditions not working in 1001 but was rectified the next day. Aside from this everything else was ok.

The food is good .The kids enjoyed at the pool and the play area. The staff service at the restaurant is very nice and polite.

The bathrooms in the room can be of a bigger size. Very congested. No room cleaning done even after check in done 24 hours before. No help for moving your luggage from lobby to room and room to lobby. The apartment had kitchen but no crockery.

Great room, polite and professional staff, good location

All good, nothing to mention

new property

some rooms had a strong smell of smoke but they understood and gave a new room.

Location & food quality.

Booked 1BHK suite again based on previous experience but this time the suite was small & didn’t match expectations.

The suites offer apartment style living at a reasonable price. It’s a nice setup with small living room, kitchen, and separate bedroom. The cafe offers a good breakfast. The staff is very helpful.

The gym is not very good, though the pool appeared to be better. The gym has sub-standard equipment but it’s better than nothing. Also, there was black mold in the bathroom area.

Liked the location, staff and facilities. Food was good and healthy. Nice experience.

Nice Food at their restaurant! Helpful Staff.

Adding some more cutlery in the room. We had 2 forks and 1 spoon only. A set for 2 should be complete - 2 Forks, 2 Knives & 2 Spoons.

The staff was very helpful, kind, and made me feel very comfortable. All the requests were answered, which I really appreciated!

The bathroom, including the towels, could do with an upgrade.. Things are quite worn out - not what I would expect for the 4-star hotel. Unless you book a suite (which has a living space before the bedroom), the room does not have good sound isolation. To minimise the effect, it would be a good idea not to start playing music in the downstairs cafe at 7am in the morning! It's a mellow music, but still.. The AC unit outside the room was also emitting noise when AC is on, good thing I was there during winter months so I could survive without the AC during the night. Otherwise it would have been a challenge to get a good night sleep.

Totally false claim or higher side claim about their facilities. Property is very average lodging complex with basic very average small eatery. Counter Staff is non supportive, so cald famous chef is only counting idles.Breakfast options are very limited and not as per mark. This property must not be listed with any star rating.

There is nothing to like there.
